Insider tip: Ferme Basque adds frozen blueberries to the creme in the middle, which I think makes it even better.
I’m not going to attempt to convert everything from grams to cups. We also made 5 basque cakes so fifth-ing it to get the correct amount isn’t going to happen. So.. I looked through a bunch of websites and found a recipe. It’s similar enough to how we made it. 😉 Just add small frozen blueberries in between layers of creme before you put it in the oven!
